Information we collect

We collect account identity data such as name, email address, profile image, authentication provider identifiers, and security session data. We also process the business information, website content, geographic coverage, staff, booking, and integration configuration that authorized users provide.

• Google and ChatGPT are used as identity providers; Delta System does not receive or store your provider password.
• ChatGPT sign-in does not give Delta System access to your chat history.
• Each business inside a tenant keeps its own package, website, domains, integrations, and credentials.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, create and operate white-label tenants, build and publish websites, provide booking and staff workflows, connect authorized third-party services, secure the platform, support customers, and improve reliability.

• Create and maintain the user-requested website and geographic content structure.
• Route bookings and business events to integrations selected for that specific business.
• Prevent unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, and cross-business data exposure.

Tenant and business isolation

A tenant may manage multiple businesses. Tenant owners and authorized administrators may access those businesses, but every business remains a separate operating boundary for packages, subscriptions, integrations, credentials, sites, and customer data. Delta System does not intentionally reuse one business's integration credentials for another business.

Third-party services

When you connect a provider such as GoHighLevel, Google, a domain provider, analytics provider, or payment processor, the provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Delta System sends only the information needed to perform the connection or workflow you authorized.

Storage, retention, and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. We retain data only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Authorized users may request deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You can disconnect business integrations and sign out at any time. Tenant owners are responsible for responding to requests involving the customer data they control.

Contact and updates

Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through the support channel available in your Delta System workspace. We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be presented through the service or another appropriate channel.
