Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Delta System, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to act for the tenant and businesses you create and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed by authorized users in your tenant.

Tenant and business structure

A tenant is the agency-level workspace. A tenant may contain multiple businesses. Each business is an independent service unit with its own package, subscription status, website, domains, integrations, credentials, content, and operating data.

• A package purchased for one business does not automatically cover another business.
• Upgrades apply to the selected business and preserve that business's existing data and configuration.
• Platform-owner entitlements may be provided for internal operation and testing.

Acceptable use

You may not use Delta System to violate law, infringe rights, deceive users, transmit harmful code, evade platform limits, compromise another tenant or business, or publish content that you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication.

Websites, SEO, and generated content

Delta System can generate and publish websites, content, metadata, structured data, sitemaps, and geographic pages. Search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for factual accuracy, professional claims, disclosures, licensing, accessibility, and compliance applicable to your business.

Integrations and third parties

Connections to GoHighLevel, Google, domain services, analytics, payment processors, and other providers are optional and authorized per business. Third-party availability and conduct are outside Delta System's control. You must maintain valid accounts, permissions, and credentials with those providers.

Billing, suspension, and cancellation

Fees and limits are determined per business package. Failure to pay may suspend the affected business without automatically suspending unrelated businesses in the same tenant. Cancellation stops future renewal subject to the applicable billing terms; previously incurred charges remain payable.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta System is provided as available without implied warranties, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected business during the applicable service period.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or another appropriate channel. Questions can be submitted through the support channel available in your workspace.
